I really enjoyed this book. I'm not sure what I expected when I went into it, but it definitely wasn't what I got. I loved that Seth turned his life around without 100% hitting rock bottom. He made a decision whether he realized it or not and was making the best out of his life after his friend died. I also really enjoyed the fact that the story jumped in way after Isaac's death and we weren't really saddled down with those details. Because truthfully that wasn't the point of the story. Was it a big part of it and did it make Seth what he was, sure. But to me this book was about figuring out what you are worth. That just because you are poor or live in a trailer park and your brother is a delinquent, it doesn't mean that is the life for you.
